k u9 Terms and Conditions
This page clearly sets out all the terms, rules and responsibilities for using the k u9 platform. Please read it in full before registering or playing on the site.
General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services, products and content on the k u9 platform ("Site"). k u9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and any changes take effect as soon as they are published on the site.
In addition to these Terms, k u9's Privacy Policy is also considered part of this agreement. Users are advised to read both documents carefully.
These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes or disagreements will be resolved under the applicable law.
1.1 Definitions
- "Site" means k u9's website, mobile app and all associated platforms.
- "User" means any person who accesses services on the site, whether registered or not.
- "Account" means a user's personal registered profile.
- "Bet" means participation in any casino game, sports betting or any other game.
- "Funds" means legitimate money held in a user's account.
1.2 Acceptance of Terms
By using any service on the k u9 platform, a user is deemed to have accepted all provisions of these Terms. If any term is not acceptable, the user must refrain from using the site's services.
Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
Users must be at least 21 years old to take part in any casino and betting activity on k u9. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. k u9 may at any time request an identity document or other proof for age verification.
2.2 Registration Requirements
Users must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Each individual may open only one account. If more than one account is found under the same person's name, k u9 reserves the right to close them and freeze the associated funds.
- Providing a correct name, mobile number and email address is mandatory.
- The required verification (KYC) process must be completed after registration.
- It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account information up to date.
2.3 Geographic Restrictions
k u9's services are available only to users in regions where there are no restrictions on accessing online betting and casino services. It is the user's own responsibility to confirm that accessing these services from their location is lawful.
Account Management
3.1 Login Security
Users are required to keep their username and password completely confidential. Any unauthorised access to the account or suspicious activity must be reported to the k u9 support team immediately. k u9 will not be responsible for any loss resulting from sharing login details with a third party.
3.2 Account Verification
k u9 may at any time request documents to verify a user's identity and information. If the required documents are not provided, the account may be temporarily suspended and the withdrawal process may be placed on hold.
3.3 Account Closure Request
A user may request the closure of their account at any time. Upon receiving the request, k u9 will close the account subject to verification and return any remaining funds to the user's registered payment method.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods
k u9 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Users must deposit only from a payment account registered in their own name — funds sent from third-party accounts are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). An approved withdrawal is generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal request can be reviewed.
- Withdrawals will always be processed through the same method used for the deposit (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay).
- The withdrawal will go to the same mobile number used to make the deposit.
- If account verification is incomplete, the withdrawal may be placed on hold.
4.3 Bonuses and Withdrawals
To withdraw bonus funds, the associated wagering requirements must be met. Full bonus terms are described below in Section 5.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
k u9 offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; to withdraw this bonus the wagering requirement is ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.
5.2 Bonus Usage Rules
- The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly under any circumstances.
- If deposited funds are withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Opening multiple accounts from the same household or device to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
- k u9 reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time.
5.3 VIP Cashback Program
k u9's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier receives a weekly cashback based on a set percentage of that week's net loss: up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.5% for Silver, 0.8% for Gold and 1.0% for Platinum. Example: if a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, the cashback is ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.
Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
Once a bet is placed on the k u9 platform, it is considered confirmed. If a bet remains in an uncertain state due to a connection issue or any other technical reason, the k u9 server record will be considered final.
6.2 Result Determination
For sports betting, bet results are determined after the official result is published. For casino games, the result produced by the game's own software is final. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, k u9 reserves the right to apply the correct result.
6.3 Bet Cancellation Circumstances
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
- If odds are displayed incorrectly due to a clear data error, k u9 reserves the right to cancel that bet.
- If evidence of match-fixing or manipulation is found, bets on that event may be cancelled.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k u9 platform. If any of these are violated, the account will be permanently closed and the associated funds may be forfeited.
- Operating more than one account under the same person's name.
- Opening or operating an account under another person's identity.
- Placing bets in a calculated manner with the intention of exploiting bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
- Placing bets using software bots or automated methods.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Using the site for money laundering or any other unlawful activity.
- Conducting transactions using a third party's account or payment method.
Data Protection
k u9 treats the privacy of users' personal information with the highest importance. SSL encryption is used on the site so that all data is transferred securely. Users' information is not sold or rented to any third party.

Service Suspension and Termination
10.1 k u9's Rights
k u9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- If any provision of these Terms is violated.
- If fraud or deception is suspected in the operation of the account.
- If required identity documents or verification documents are not provided.
- For technical maintenance or security reasons.
10.2 Service Interruptions
k u9 aims to provide uninterrupted service at all times, but service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances. k u9 is not liable for any loss to bets or transactions resulting from this.
Limitation of Liability
k u9 will not bear any financial or legal liability for the following:
- Financial loss caused by a user's own decisions.
- Loss of bets due to loss of internet connection or device issues.
- Failure of a third-party service provider (payment gateway, etc.).
- Service interruption due to an unforeseen natural disaster or force majeure situation.
Under no circumstances will k u9's total liability exceed the current balance in the relevant user's account.
Changes to Terms
k u9 reserves the right to change, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on the site. Users are advised to check this page regularly.
Continued use of the site after any changes will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new terms. If any change is not acceptable, users are requested to close their account and stop using the service.
